Company’s policy on cancellation of booking

The Guests of the Fish & Fun holiday village can cancel the reservation at any time, with the return of the paid amounts subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. From May 1 to September 30 and from December 22 to January 10 notice of cancellation of reservation is to be send at least 30 days prior to arrival;
2. The rest of the period - not less than 10 days before the arrival;
3. The notification shall be submitted in writing, indicating the booking number, the name of the customer, the address and telephone number of the customer, the account number and bank details for the refund;
4. The refund is made to the name and account of the customer, from where the initial payment was made at the time of booking.
